Terry Syler

Terry Syler is an original Partner and Executive Vice President with The Retail Connection, where he brings his extensive experience to every facet of the retail real estate industry.

Since 2012, Syler and his colleagues Luke Wilson and Miles Hoisington have completed over 90 Topgolf transactions nationwide. Presently, as the driving force behind The Retail Connection's Entertainment Practice, Syler and the team oversee the expansion efforts for Topgolf, COSM, GoodSurf, Big SNOW, World Springs, and High 5 Entertainment.

In addition to his work in the entertainment sector, Syler also represents Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Sherwin-Williams, and Black Sheep Coffee.

He served as a Board Member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
