David Stukalin

Stukalin is a highly esteemed leader in the retail commercial real estate industry, consistently ranking among Greater Houston's top dealmakers. Before founding the TRC Houston office in 2007, he served as President of The Weitzman Group's Houston office.

His expertise includes representing prominent tenants such as Top Golf, TOCA, Chase Bank, LA Fitness, Trader Joe's, Nordstrom Rack, Raising Cane's, DSW, and Bed Bath & Beyond.

During his tenure at The Retail Connection, Stukalin has successfully developed and acquired over 1.5 million square feet of Class A retail space across Greater Houston.
