Susan Ridley

Susan Ridley serves as Senior Vice President at TRC, working with landlords including KIMCO, Weber Company, Corinth Properties, BH Properties and tenants such as Best Buy in TX, OK, NM and AK, Kohl's, Fitness Connection, Shoe Carnival, and Container Store, for over twenty-five years.

Before joining TRC, she was a Senior Vice President at Venture Commercial. Prior to Venture, she served as an SVP at The Woodmont Company. Susan founded and was President of The Ridley Company.

Susan has represented Best Buy Co for 30 years and received awards for designing the Kohl's right size program in Texas that became a model for the entire US.
