Jake Burns

Jake has over 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in retail project leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Burns was a Partner at Structure Commercial where he was a consistent top producer, leading a project leasing team handling over 2 million square feet of shopping centers.

Jake is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and North Texas Association of Realtors (NTCAR). He has received several awards including D CEO Power Broker and CoStar Power Broker.

Jake earned a Legal Studies in Business degree from the A.B. Freeman School at Tulane University with a dual major in History.
