David Fazio

David Fazio serves as President of Brokerage at The Retail Connection, where he leads the firm's brokerage platform and related business lines. With more than 20 years of experience, he is recognized as a national leader in tenant representation.

Fazio represents a roster of leading brands, including Nordstrom Rack, Tesla, Life Time Fitness, PetSmart, World Market, and Lowe's.

He has led several of TRC's most significant assignments, including its representation of Bed Bath & Beyond, where the team completed over 400 transactions across 25 states.

Fazio serves on the Board of ChainLinks Retail Advisors and is actively involved with The Real Estate Council.
