Susana Gandara, CPM®

Susana Gandara serves as a Senior Lease Administrator at The Retail Connection in the Dallas office, responsible for all aspects of lease administration including OPEX reconciliations, lease interpretation & abstraction, database administration and new property setup.

Gandara joined The Retail Connection as a Senior Property Manager, where she was responsible for a wide portfolio of shopping centers located throughout the DFW Metroplex.

Gandara is an active member of the Dallas chapter of IREM and holds a Certified Property Manager [CPM] designation.
