Matt Wilson

Matt Wilson is a Managing Director for the Investment division of The Retail Connection, transitioning from the brokerage side to the Development and Acquisition team where he has spent the last 14 years.

He played a vital role in developments including the 925,000 SF Arlington Highlands project, Village on the Parkway, and The Village at Cumberland Park, a 700,000 SF project in Tyler, Texas.

Wilson holds a Texas Real Estate License and is an active member of ICSC and The Real Estate Council, including a member of TREC's Associate Leadership Class (ALC) in 2014.
