Laura Morgan

Laura Morgan is the Director of Administrative Support at The Retail Connection, where she has been a valued team member for over five years. Her dedication earned TRC's Building Block Award in 2023, and her promotion to Director in June 2025.

In this role, Laura oversees the day-to-day operations of the Administrative Team, ensuring high-quality support for the Brokerage, Construction, and Investment teams. She has helped manage accounts including Topgolf, Lowe's, Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Rally House, and Sherwin-Williams.

Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Laura served as a Department Manager at Natural Grocers and as a Paralegal at Berry Appleman & Leiden.
