Jim Ziegler

Jim Ziegler, a seasoned professional, returns to The Retail Connection as a Managing Director in Real Estate Investments. With an impressive track record spanning over 40 years, he has spearheaded the ground-up development or redevelopment of more than 35 shopping centers.

At PegasusAblon, Jim was responsible for retail, multifamily, and mixed-use investments and development, including the redevelopment of the Galleria North Shopping Center and adding 280 luxury multifamily units.

After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas, Jim began his real estate career as a financial executive with Dunning Development.
